Whether you are joining us for a group class or a personal training session, Coach Jer keeps track of where you’re at and any modifications that might be needed. Functional fitness is truly for everyone, but it is his dedication to empowering members to move well while remembering each individual’s capabilities, injuries, and goals that is at the heart of his thoughtful programming. This is fitness for life and longevity.

Social Connection

You know him and you love him! Coach Jer is always good for some crazy music and dance moves (if you’re lucky!) More importantly, he cares about you and the Sunshine community. You are apart of group of people all working to live healthy and happy lives.

We know that things change, whether that is a change in work schedule, new stressors, or an unforeseen injury. We will always do what we can to work around any challenges to help you maintain your fitness and health.

At Sunshine Functional Fitness, we hope to support your health in all facets of life, not just at the gym. We offer a nutrition program, which can be the biggest hurdle for many people. On top of that, Coach Jer is always available to recommend lifestyle optimizations - how to reduce stress, increase recovery, and promote restful sleep.

How many of us have tried working out alone and end up skipping reps or going with light weights? Regular coaching and check-ins will help keep you accountable with your fitness. Consistency is the biggest contributor to improving, and we want to help you to continue showing up for yourself.
